Ms. Kim

Having sisters is one of the best things in the world. I am soo excited that some of Kim's senior pictures have been posted. My baby sister is gorgeous! Kinda of hard to believe Kim graduates in May.

(Def. one of my favorites.)

(I really like this one too.)

(It was fun trying to make her laugh.)

Ahhh

One of my favorite things about the spring time is the smell of orange blossoms. I love taking a Deuce for a walk and getting a whiff of it or sometimes when i get home from work I can smell it. I think it's one of the best natural smells. I love it!

What a great Easter

This Easter my aunt had a friend staying at her house (she moves in this summer) and so her friend came out to have Easter dinner with my Grandma at my house. She was very entertaining and a retired FBI agent. She's been to sooo many places it was great to hear about the different travels. I wish we had more time to hear the FBI stories.
To top off a great meal Heather is in the bathroom right now washing Deuce and Samson. I don't think Sunday can get any better.

Mosquito

We have mosquito's in the house. I would say about 99% are male and they don't do anything except fly around and look scary. Well, tonight a female mosquito was on Deuces back so I smacked it. I always smack them hard to kill them. It didn't register in my brain that hitting the mosquito as hard as i could while it was on Deuce wasn't a good idea. And i did it twice in a row to make sure it was nice and dead. The look that he gave me when i smacked mosquito/him makes me soo sad. I still feel guilty for being an idiot and he's long forgotten it. Ahh the power of guilt. And damn those mosquito's.

Cloud 9

Okay this is probably really lame. My bosses boss told me last Thursday that she would let me work weekends during student teaching. This means I am not going to be dirt poor. Woohoo!

Hair

Last weekend I went to my hair lady. I got my hair thinned for the first time in my life. Now i don't have super thick hair but i have a TON of hair and it's long. All my hair ladies have always told me that i have enough hair for two or three people, depending on who was doing it. It always seemed normal to me. Although what didn't seem normal was still having damp hair after blow drying for 30+ mins. Well baby, not any more. I can blow dry my hair all the way dry now in about 15-20 minutes. My hair feels soo weird in a pony tail. But for the first time in 29 years i can style my hair and it stays. It's a good feeling when you can make your hair look almost as good as the people in the salon. Maybe I was the only one that was never able to before. I am in love with my new hair.

Life is good

I just love spring break. It makes school so much easier just to have a week in the middle to relax without any stress. I am so grateful to my teachers for cancelling classes next week. It's been a great week so far and knowing I have one more week, is heavenly. Of course i have been anything but productive. But, that's okay every now and then. :-)

It just keeps on getting better

So, my dad is now talking about starting to have our cabin built next March. That sounds way better then waiting 3 years like he initially talked about. I am so excited and cannot wait. Who wants to join me in a few summers and get out of the 110 degree heat? :-)

Spring Break

It's official! My Spring Break has finally began. No interning or school for the next two weeks. What will i do with all my extra time? Hopefully not be late to work like I was today. It's never good to stay up really late and then wake up on your own and realize crap, my alarm clock went off 3 hours ago and i didn't notice it. The sad part is, my cell phone has 3 ringers that go off at different times...

Okay, where did the last week go?

Seriously is it already Thankful Thursday? Gesh, and i haven't even blogged this week. It has actually been a pretty busy week. Hence why it's 1:30 and I'm still awake. Lets do a quick flashback...

Friday: I went with my mom and Kim for her senior pictures. Kimberly Jarman took the pictures. The three hour photo session was a little tiring. Wow, she is so amazing and I cannot wait to see how they turn out. I love looking at her photos and hopefully i can get married someday so she can do all my wedding pictures. :-)Why didn't i get cool senior pictures?

Saturday: Michelle was in town we had a great day. We started the morning at Last Chance. Ahhh Last Chance the store where all common courtesy, manners, and proper etiquette are lost in the parking lot. That place is so crazy! The ladies are vicious and the employees are Nazis. I only go because where else can i get a brand new Coach purse for $60 and Uggs for $40? Thanks for finding the Uggs for me Michelle, i love them!!! It's really like finding a needle (designer goods) in a haystack (all the junkety-junk junk). The day we went was the "truck sale" all the regular shoppers were talking about it prior to the store opening. Yes, the regulars...the ladies who go every morning and wait outside the store an hour or more before they open. Yikes! Well, that day they had a big huge Burbery bag, wow what a deal!

After the mini shopping spree we went to the Spa. This place was not my favorite resort spa. This time i got the 80min. massage and 50min. facial. This was my second facial. Funny thing is i seem to be slowly learning how to take care of my skin from going to the spa. Who knew!

That night we headed to the Casino. I was doing pretty good on Black Jack, i was ahead and then decided to give them all their money plus all the money i took with me via the slot machine. Damn slot machines! I was hopping to come home with $500 so i could go back with Michelle to Last Chance on Sunday. Its always great to see Michelle. I am looking forward to S.F.

Sunday: Was spose to be an all-day work on the big school project kind of day. But, of course i found other things to keep me busy. Like looking at pictures, eating, watching reruns on tv, and napping. Gotta love putting things off.

Monday-Tuesday: nothing

Wednesday: Scrambling to get my project done. Still not done. I guess the 2 hour break to watch Americas Next Top Model and Girlicious wasn't the best idea :-). So, now i get to wake up in a few hours and finish it. Lucky me.

Thankful Thursday - - I am thankful that my mom taught me how to make an amazing Spinach Dip. It's easy you just mix stuff together and bam! Instant calorie loaded heaven.
